We want you to love your Esparcir loafers. Enjoy complimentary exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your shoes.

Please contact us at concierge@esparcir.com. Our concierge team will provide you with the necessary shipping label. Then, simply mail your unworn loafers in their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
